I want to become a JCC member. What should I do?

Koshermart
What are the benefits of being a JCC members when I shop at Koshermart?
JCC members get a 15% discount when shopping at Koshermart, both in store and online.
Additionally, JCC members will receive free shipping on any order above 800 HKD when shopping the Koshermart website.
I am a JCC member but the discount is not applying to my cart. What should I do?
First, please make sure that you have a JCC membership (Ohel Leah, UJC, Carmel or Student memberships are different and the discount will not apply for these memberships). If in doubt, please contact us at membership@jcc.org.hk
If you are a JCC member and the discount doesn't apply to your cart on the website:
- please login to the JCC website with the email address connected to your JCC membership
- the discount will automatically apply to your basket and appear at checkout (not in your cart)
- if you still cannot see the discount at checkout, please contact membership@jcc.org.hk
Where do you deliver?
At this time, we deliver to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon only.
We reserve the right to cancel orders placed on the website for delivery outside of these areas or in unreachable areas.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery is 80 HKD per order placed.
There is no free shipping offered to members at this time.
If you forgot to add some products to an order planned for delivery, please contact us at koshermart@jcc.org.hk
When do you deliver?
Your orders will be delivered on Monday afternoon and Thursday afternoon (except statutory holidays and days of severe weather).
We kindly ask you to lease make sure someone is at home to receive the order. The Koshermart doesn't take responsibility for delivered perishables (including but not limited to meat, poultry, fish, fresh and frozen items) left at the door and not stored properly right away.
What is the cut-off time to order for each delivery?
Orders need to be placed:
- by Sunday 11:59 pm to be delivered on Monday afternoon
- by Wednesday 11:59 pm to be delivered on Thursday afternoon
Unfortunately, if your order is placed after this cut-off date, we cannot guarantee the delivery on the same day.
Can I pick up from the JCC?
If you are a JCC member and have an access card to the JCC, yes, you can choose to pick up from the JCC.
Otherwise, please request a delivery.
How long do you keep the orders if I select Pick Up?
Orders are available for pick up for 48 hours after order is placed. Unfortunately, the order will be automatically cancelled if order is not picked up within 48 hours.
I ordered a product but I didn't receive it when delivered. What happened?
Sometimes, it may happen that we have a shortage on a product unfortunately. If this is the case and we are unable to deliver this product, we will issue a refund toward your order for this product. The refund should appear on your original method of payment with 14 business days.
I want to return a product that I purchased on the JCC website. What should I do?
Please note that we do not accept returns on perishable products (meat, cheese, frozen products...).
For returns of non-perishable products:
- If you are a JCC member and have an access card to the JCC, you can come to the Koshermart with the products to return and ask assistance to our Sales Associates
- If you are not a JCC member, please contact koshermart@jcc.org.hk for the return of your non-perishable products
What methods of payment do you accept?
- For online orders, we only accept payments with credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay at this time
- For in-store purchase, your member's account will be charged directly

If you would like to order food for Chabath, please contact events@jcc.org.hk

To order cupcakes or cookies for your child's birthday at school, please contact events@jcc.org.hk
I would like to book an event through the JCC. Who should I contact?
